No, the goal is to make an equal string of priority between every player. We're not implying that you can't ask a staff member for help but what we're trying to do is influence the players to use an equal mean necessary to resolve inquiries that won't inherit them to become a bigger priority over another player. Our Moderation handles problems that are in their control [with the resources they possess] and which are relevant to their expectations as a staff member. They handle-in game issues td:lr. Anything from resolving reports/punishing players who are disruptive or making sure the chat is safe. But anything that deals with your personal account such as transferring, ban appeals, and other problems that have no distinct relation to what our in-game moderators are capable of should be forwarded to our support team outside the game.

How will we know who to contact in-game since there is no sign anymore? If we have a question about uploads for example, who do we contact since we don't now, who is and no longer is online. You might just as well fire the entire GP team, because they won't be doing much.

GP's respond to in-game reports, warn, ban, patrol the map, all that fun stuff. They're the ones that deal out the punishment. Toonslab support are the ones that appeal it if it was a mistake.

Sad they need a whole separate team for your mistakes, you shouldn't even be hired if you mess up that much. Highly unprofessional.

Most of the time it is because players, don't know what they're doing and when they're wrong they don't always know it. Plus it's not like if zor was going to meet every GP in real life so that he could have an idea of if the person will abuse of his powers or if he'll be the dog of the staff(which is not an insult, dogs are animals with an high sense of loyalty, a pretty great example:Hachi).
So it is to make sure that Gp don't make mistake, but also to be able to close the discussion between should or shouldn't you be banned.

The whole reason we got rid of the contact sign is it directly praised the staff and condoned them for their work publicly. This is becoming a trend in Classic and we felt it fit that staff should work out of charity without public recognition.

Volunteers shouldn't be recognized for their effort? Graal is a charity?
