Wouldn't the boot just bounce back instead of the car?

And wouldn't the magnet just attach to the other magnet causing the Earth's magnetic polarity to shift thus causing the second ice age to occur turning North America into a frozen wasteland followed by the collapse of democracy?

I guess trolls don't apply basic physics, magnetism and political science.  

It would be illegal to drive with those attachments and therefore would be useless transformation and a magnet does not hold enough force to pull a boat and someone in it.

Ever consider that America has free elections? Freedom of speech? Nah. Apparently you think America doesn't have any of those.
