oh. my. goodness! Too bad they aren't organized events like iEra - I think Classic needs to incorporate organized events like Era has.

Era has done an amazing job with events.

I like how it obscures the ability to toggle "Hide rain and snowflakes."

Peronsally, i find this new option pointless. it takes 5x the time to disable events than to press the pm notifiying you about an event.

Well, it does get annoying when I AFK, get a broadcast, and have to carefully go through guild messages as to not skip the broadcast, just to see that Timeshift is hosting hide and seek for his elephant hat! (No offense Timeshift, you're the first example that came into my mind, lol)

agreed. I always afk while eating dinner and i come back and see a thousand guild messages i have to go through plus event messages for some hats :o I think this is helpful

Although you dont get the announcements, you still see people running top speed on their horses saying 'FOUND!' Not much of an improvement in my opinion.

Can that be fixed? No, unless Staff puts up a sign saying that if you do that you wont win. *cough* wont Happen though *cough*

I think Peter recently did hide and seek and said anyone on a horse saying found would not win. I like that guy.
