I wanted to make this thread to address so many of the complaints people have but the major one being that Zone is awful to many. I agree that Zone is awful but with the people we have now and what is to come, it's going to get better. We are waiting on a tileset that is really amazing already so that the levels team can start making new maps. The graphics team, as well as the gani team, are putting together shop items and various things related to keep people occupied while the major stuff is being worked on by Carlito or Gunderak. This is all going to take time as we have a small team who wants to do big things. Aside from that, we are trying to fix what is currently broken but that has been extremely hard for some of our newer staff who cannot easily navigate through Zone's scripts. The progress is minor yet it is still progress yet people continue to complain about it which doesn't make sense to me at all. The "complainers" are these veterans who demand the game to stay absolutely the same when they clearly don't see how bad the game is already. If you want to address an issue or make a comment, at least bring it up in a non-hostile way that most people haven't been doing. Especially when being hostile, we don't really have to listen to your concerns if you can't express them correctly but it would be nice to have outside input. Just because you can't see the progress being made, doesn't mean its not there and I apologize if you think that Zone will do a 180 in one day because it won't and especially won't with a community that spends its time bashing rather than supporting. The way Zone ran used to be a "do what ever you want" but now we have leaders who are going to do with Zone as they feel best no matter if you like it or not so its best to be open minded and accept the changes.

Secondly, no ones ideas get listened to, like that jailing and the squad hideout thing. Third, never expect your updates to be good, still give it a try if the idea was backed up by knowledge about it all and some confidence, but never expect it to work out 100%. Fourth, imo, progress has been going backwards, we couldve made much more progress without the delteria people, idk what unixmad was even thinking when he made this decision  

You can say things take time all you want.. EVEN since the delteria/management squad came in literally nothing has changed and it's not like they haven't had time to change stuff whether they have a small team or not. (We haven't even had little updates i.e zcoin stop restock/promised showdown maps/just a random shop etc)

How do you know so much about zone but don't even understand why unixmad made this decision?

Delteria staff weren't the managers who weren't aware of the massive hack incident for two whole days.

It was Friedrice and AlexDamian who allowed this to happen, so it is a positive change since the previous managers weren't even dealing with staffs that were abusing powers spawning items for their friends and usd trades anyway.

Progress wouldn't have been moving backward if the previous managers did their jobs properly instead of giving excuses not to do their jobs.  

I think what they're trying to say; which is being misinterpreted is that they have a lot of stuff under the scenes happening that they're waiting to release all at once, so it may seem like nothing has been done but in reality a lot has been done.

No one allowed that hack to happen, that was completely out of the staff teams power to prevent so don't just place blame on alex or fr. And no one was spawning items for buddies or usding, which you clearly don't know crap about because you werent even a player or had a zone account during the time, you joined like a month ago.

And you know nothing about progress from then and now because you just joined a month ago and have nowhere near the experience to make these comparisons.

And about unixmad, i understand 100% why he made the decision, but he didnt fully understand why things weren't going well and we ended up with carlito. But there were 3 major issues with carlito: 1- he didn't know anything about the game because he just joined, 2- he's not a "people person" and would just go insane at times and start arguments, 3- he didn't do crap during the time i worked with him except play League Of Legends all day yet wouldnt let us do anything ourselves and idk how he is now but from what ive heard nothings changed (idk how accurate the last part is). Chelt was not a manager at this time so don't include him in any of the above (to anyone that might do so). So there was no reason to hire carlito whatsoever, at least chelt has done something with his time. But the main issue still stands, we need a manager whos been playing the game as a player to even have a real chance at making solid progress, i think unixmad shouldve talked with us about who we know would be fit for it.

my play time has nothing to do with everyone knowing about the story of how the 2 managers (not just 1 but 2!) were unaware for two whole days of the hacked ex-staff account perfectdark which deleted nearly everything.

Unixmad doesn't need to talk to the lower staff members about the change of management, in the end zone is back on track.

And ik i usd'd, i explained the pic when chelt tried this same exact thing youre doing, and i explained it far more in depth than in that tiny quote you put. And i never spawned items for myself or friends, idk where people got that from, but you and them need to get yalls facts straight before making bs accusations.
