Looks like loading issues, though there are annual tile errors when they switch tilesets (mostly to do with NPCs though, from what I've heard).

ive seen these problems too. Also i keep seeing training tracks everywhere. I took this screenshot a while ago like a day before it snowed. Think it came back when it was snowing. It is odd. I seen the leafs too.
