Sometimes graphics staff who create a set of bazaar items will be featured as the npc selling them. As a player, I don't believe there is, unless player bazaar submissions become a thing in the future.

They better do it, so the community will be happy and see some items that never featured to previous events.

player bazaar submissions is a good idea to be honest, I would love to see it happen
