can someone please fix the Transparency issue witht eh custom body iv chosen, because when ever i upload homelesswith disapprove it because of no transparency and i have used the programme called IrfanView (followed by the Graal forum Tutorial) to set up transparency, but yet it gets disapproved.

I think it's the bottom left. HW doesn't like that  

Be sure you're not using pure white (FFFFFF) or pure black (000000), because those won't appear, and the upload will be rejected.

If that isn't your problem, the file may be indexed in a way that causes some of your color choices to become transparent. What I do for this is open the file on GIMP, and find "Mode," it's either under "Colors," or "Images." In "Mode" change it to RGB. After that change some of your colors as slightly as possible (so that they're basically the same as what you had before.) This will get rid of the indexed colors problem.

If that isn't your problem, then it's in your background. You need to manually set a transparency. This is easily done by taking the Magic Wand and selecting all of your background areas, and then hitting "Delete."  

1. I'm pretty sure from reading the other post of yours that you got this graphic from Graal Depot.
2. Isn't this shell body able to be bought in-game?!(iClassic)  

The black outline most likely.  

thanks guys the body as been uploaded changed slight colours thanks too... ROK and Callimmuc for the help.. lool.. and now im just waiting for my head approvel from a PR/Admin once thats done ill post the character to show how it looks
