My M-Audio Q40's came in today and have been using for the past few hours and they're excellent, nice to hear the lows and other details that were absent in the headphones I was using previously. Extremely satisfied with them, thanks for the recommendation.  

Budget: $30-50 at the most (I Can only use my Amazon.com Gift Card to buy these)
Music Preference: A little bit of everything from rap, to hip-hop, pop, classic rock, dubstep, etc.
Form Factor (Type): On Ear
Open-backed or close-backed (not for IEMs): Either Would be Fine

Hesh 2.0 is good, I wouldn't doubt it for a second (okay maybe I would). Skullcandy hired a new sound/acoustics engineering team and their quality has gone way up.

Although my SkullCandy headphones are quite good, I'll need a recommendation for when something happens to them. Let's begin.

A bit over my price range, but ill think about it. Know of any others? At the most $50  

Koss PortaPro is fantastic.  

They look nice, i just think the shape of them look a bit strange

Cassette - Black/Black w/Mic - These look nice, I like headphones with this shape, similar to beats  

Talon - do you know any headphones with the specs I've described plus a microphone?

I went to go buy them, and the cassette ones are REALLY small. Instead I bought the uprocks, and they are excellent. Cancels out sound and sounds excellent!

Talon - do you know any headphones with the specs I've described plus a microphone?

Don't know of any over-ears sub-$100 with a mic but there are some good in-ears with inline mics. If you're going to use it with a PC you can just buy an external clip-on mic.

Sennheiser/AKG/Audio Technica/Beyerdynamic/Ultrasone/Grado

All of these brands blow Skullcandy/Beats out of the water, effortlessly. No debate. Honestly the only people that buy those two brands are because they're colorful/look nice or their friends have some. Don't lie. Skullcandy's starting to get better but they're still suboptimal by a good margin for the price you pay.
