Why does a staff need to give you an explanation about why your submissions weren't accepted?

I don't know how this is a real question. To put it into perspective, what if you were banned without any explanation? Courtesy? Clarity? To avoid complaints like these?

1.) Didnt say I kik'd you, I said I sent pics of your pm's to a friend to have a nice laugh so its just there able to be resaved but I dont care enough like you grow up.
2.) I never lied, I owned up to everything but you still keep talking, grow up.
3.) I noticed its public, everyone knows who I am, grow up.

Because that is what criticism is? How the **** is it fair for someone to spend hours on end making different hats and then trying to tweak, re-shade, shade some more then re color or redesign them AND not receive any reason as to why their submission was accepted.

Considering this was my idea and I was making it im gonna be annoyed if I don't get it in a gift

I had a feeling that you would claim it as your idea once it got released, and I have prepared the following statement. *eh hem*

This mount was made like a week or so before you ever posted yours in the one thread. One of the most annoying things that happen here is when people come up with an idea a few weeks or less before said idea was already made (sometimes up to a year in advance), then they think either their idea was stolen or "it was because of me that this happened it was my idea!!1 ". Literally drives the developers crazy let me tell you.

Would help a lot, as someone who has put hard work into hats and has had none of them accepted, any explanation would mean a lot.  

Even on Christmas... this community can't get along.
