You should of sliced a strip out of a piece of the chicken to see if it was still pink.

Best way to check if chicken is uncooked is if the meat is still pink instead of it being white.

no, you dont undercook white meat. its not the same as rare/medium red meat.

im surprised you'd eat it though, undercooked chicken tastes awful.
