Or a survival kind of dungeon with a timer , the longer you survived the harder the baddies are , and every round cleared randomly drops 1-2 loot . And a custom hp bar on this mini game to make it more interesting..

Could always have different leaderboards for each, Solo, Doubles, Parties (4/5)
