Toonslab's fine. If there's an issue with players and toonslab, it's the staff that are reviewing the tickets that are the problem (which I get is what the thread's actually about, but others took it as toonslab's the issue). No response is automated. Some staff on some servers might make their own responses & copy & paste as someone said before, but they should be reading your ticket. Actually, the only problem with it that I know of is people not putting their GraalIDs. I'd love it t require that to send the ticket at all.

P'sure the real problem is the server staff giving unreasonable bans too often for petty reasons.

For people who play Era/probably classic, I know their system is messed up severely somehow. I don't know classic's problem exactly, but I assumed they don't require proof for their bans. I could be wrong, in which case, their toonslab managers need fixed. I guess their hack system check could just suck, like it seems to everywhere. Anyways, as for iEra; I know they don't require proof for their jails, which ultimately makes toonslab useless. It's an excuse to make it seem like the admins are actually reviewing your situation when they aren't, because they can't. Toonslab might not work, but it's probably because of the systems that are in place on that server.
