So the following is the conversation that happened in a chat group with other staff when it was brought up. The staff in question will remain anonymous, other than myself.

It will not be something that will be released on Ol' West. Read the spoiler if you want to know why.

Symm: What does it stand for though, and what is the context of it?

STAFF 1: search google :p

Symm: The Dab is a dance in which the dancer simultaneously drops the head while raising an arm and the elbow in a gesture that has been noted to resemble “proper sneezing etiquette [and] relates to being blazed out of one’s mind".

STAFF 2: Lol

STAFF 1: wow

Symm: First line off of wiki.

Symm: Famous hip-hop rapper Bow Wow attempted to explain the origin of the dab dance, saying it related heavily to the cannabis dabbers community started long before the dance in 2012. He was met with opposition from other rappers who immediately took to Twitter to insult and disagree with him.[3]

Symm: There is also speculation that the dance originated from Dabbing, an action taken where someone snorts cocaine from their elbow while acting like they are sneezing. However, there is no proof that this claim is true nor false. Cam Newton is well known for performing this dance when he scores a touchdown.

Symm: So if I'm honest with no context other than what I've seen and know, I'm not sure I want to make a 'dab' dance available to players. Cause they'll do the same thing I just did with no context given, and find that.

STAFF 2: Nah

STAFF 2: Right now everyone know it as is a dance

STAFF 2: Alot famous people been doing on vines and those stuff

Symm: I've never heard of it until now.

STAFF 2: Really?

Symm: I'm assuming the position of the majority. We can't assume that most people have heard of this dance already

Symm: We also have players from all around the world. There's no way of telling if their culture has allowed for the dance to become anything more than a small following.

A simple "we don't intend to add more garbage" would have been enough imo

Symm... we dont need it, work on other things that are needed, dab wont get more players or increase the quality of the game
