Most people just worship admins/suckup to admins in hopes of becoming friends with them and eventually becoming an admin themselves. In reallity 95% of players in an "Admin Raid" won't get seen because their are so many other players saying stupid things like "make me admin please" or "I love you(admin's name here)" and all the little chat words overlap each other making it almost impossible to actually read a comment that isn't stupid. So to all those people that are trying to earn rep with Admins just do what your supposed to do, participate in events, help players, etc.

I like being friends with admins because if you can get into their guild, the guild is 10000x more likely to suceed because everyone will listen to the admin and the guild will be better at taking towers and then they will reach 1000 hours faster and get a cool hat. Even if they arent a tower taking guild they get admin benifits like their questions answered quicker, problems they have fixed quicker, and other things. Unfortunately I have never been in one of these guilds for long and therefore currently stuck in a dead guild where no one is ever on and I can't find any good actve guilds.  

It's an annoying thing you see more than half the Graal population do. "Guild needs a challenge at swamptown guild spar!" 10 seconds later over 100 people show up. If people are doing it to try to befriend admins and thinking it will give them the slightest chance of becoming an admin, they need to wake up and smell the coffee. They are swarmed with loads of lowly people who just want to look cool, get a hat, or try and become an admin. Hey I'll admit I was one of those admin admirers when I started the game, but I snapped out of it. If you are one of those people who continue to do it, then just give up. It will get you no where. Enjoy the game. Don't be a kiss up.  

It's not worth it. People swarm and get annoying or desperate. The only admin I think is cool is Street. But I don't worship. They can't do all the things people ask. Hah.  

I harass admins but if there chill i usually chill with them like castor,vman and street

Lmao! I once saw someone say to an iEra PR "I'll suck your **** if you make me admin" hehe still makes me laugh.  

I like the idea of anonymous administration. Have a stock of generic staff accounts that staff share(ala, gp_staffaccount21 would never be the same person all the time, as any gp can sign on to it to do their job) and disallow staff to associate with their player accounts in any way.

However, I don't think the Graal playerbase would be able to pull off anything like that.

Since they dont work for any money, the fame is kind of their pay (and motivation) in a sense. Sad, but true.

I've brought up that idea once but it'll never happen because they enjoy being idolized more than the actual job they're suppose to be doing.

They do get paid in Gralats. This is more then I can say for PC staff.
