Its not a good idea. It has more cons than pros, and really isnt adding to the value of the game.

Seriously, more hour places are a terrible idea. I think a better suggestion would be give reason for people to go back to the Fan, Zone, Resort etc. Shops? Events? Something. This would stop the new players being lonely in them :b plus there's no point in another hour room, everyone just afks.

No more hour places. If there is gonna be a hour place just make it a quest thing. Quest 1 = 500 gralats Quest 2 = 1000 and so on just keep adding 500 until quest 10.
