Open your image in gimp, select (at the top menu) image>mode>indexed. Choose 256 colors and apply it. Save the pic.

An also you should get hands on the server And stop using gs1, go up and create an NPC using this.head this.shield setani(NULL,NULL) and such... I still regret when I learnd it :/
