Well, people come and people go. They have lives and are not slaves. The guild has been around so very long that if you expect everyone from the beginning to still be around, you are just kidding yourself. Things always change. Besides, those pro's you speak of could often be more of a pain than the "noobs" you speak of. ;)

We aren't snobs, we just expect people to listen.

And thats why its still impossible to get into vg? That or that its like 70hrs before 10k

Top guilds arent. Nessisarily bad or good it depends on how fun it is? Nals pretty relaxed and so is com... Ev1l i was in for a short period of time and its so unorganized its not funny

Why would a staff member influence how this is "winning"? And you would need to define "noob"... sure there not all pro, but its a pretty fun guild
