LEARNING TO GS2

Right I have looked through twinnys guide to GS2 and it's all pretty easy stuff. But to start practicing and writing my own script (hopefully) it says I need access RC and scripting rights. is there any way to obtain these permissions? Thanks if you help Sorry for the noob question

I know that but what server can I use?  

I'd advise getting a gold subscription and gaining access to the testbed server.

No, you need to get access to testbed You don't have to pay for a server.

Yes, you'll need a gold or classic account to access RC.
