Shaded Legends (Gani Application)

This will be the Shaded Legends Gani hiring thread.

For now:
It is finally time that Shaded Legends hired a good Gani artist. However, this is not an easy position to obtain, unless you are only in temporarily then that is fine too. I have a small job in position for the person applying.

Please, do not waste my time if you only know how to make a Gani in a single direction, or do not know how to add images. You should also know how to use attributes for images.

What will need to be done.
Walk
Idle (One or Two Depending if the player can equip and unequip)

Swords
Attack1 (Left to middle left hand)
Attack2 (Right to middle right hand)
Attack3 (Middle stab left hand)
Attack4 (Middle stab right hand)
Possibly 5 and 6 if they go from left to right if they only have one...

Broadsword
Attack1 (Broadswords left to right hit one hand)
Attack2 (Broadswords right to left hit one hand)
Attack3 (Broadswords also Katanas stabbing)

Katana
Attack 1 (Finished)
Attack 2 (Could be broadswords stab)

Throwing Stars...
Attack 1 (Left hand)
Attack 2 (Right Hand)

Such..

I've already created ganis for the broadsword positioning attack 1 and 2.
(However, it is via text, so a gani editor won't allow you to see them.
They would have to be assigned to an attribute or just the .png file.)

Katana is already basically finished. It is basically making one handed weapons and repositioning them for the other hand. Or doing like I did for the weapon and swapping the sprite numbers and positions of the four directions.

First, I'd like to see your own complicated gani work. And if it is good, I'll notify Cujo in hiring you. If you haven't come up with any ganis at the end of a week or two being hired, be advised you most likely will be fired.

The Ganis are needed, and will be used.

If you'd like to continue being our gani artist, you would probably find yourself doing weapons and riding things like our cow gani and things such as the ladder gani that I've created. M!ke created the cow riding, and getting on and off gani. However, he went MIA.

Making ganis are easy... I don't know if I want to try to work as a gani artist in fear I'd do something wrong and get fired right off the bat.

It is not 'too hard' and the hat gani could be looked into to check for how to use attributes. However, they would have to use our weapon template.
(I've seen a more efficient one and might fix it up by then however.)

Time consuming.. yes.

I wouldn't say they are easy, since they are time consuming, and it does take good and creative judgement to decide which should go where. Also, you do need to figure out the X, Y, W, and H if you'd like to edit ganis more in depth. You most likely would not be fired if you passed in being hired. The assumption being that you were good enough to be hired, you should be able to do what was needed. However, needless to say slacking off and not doing anything, one would be fired.

This is due to making my videos HD, when I save via quicktime, crop via final cut, it does seem to ruin the HD option. So for you second question, sorry no.

I believe MattKan has certain grudges against many different people that he, and others, do try to find things to complain about. However, I must admit it is human nature to judge others, and personality traits to hold grudges.

If they can even be called grudges.. If not, I must retract my last statement, and say he only talks nicely about people he knows and likes rather than talk badly to certain people he dislikes.

Can't really blame him for being him though, but I do admit his comment does not belong on this hiring thread since it does not pertain to it, and was only a personal attack. It did happen to have a question I could answer though, so I did with reasoning. (Or else I'd ignore it)

After two weeks I should have a small gani tutorial. Not with attributes, but editing via textfile and parts.
