Yesterday night, I had a dream that I was looking at the ban screen on iEra (because I am banned). I then somehow randomly got unbanned.

This morning, I woke up with my ipod in my hand on the iEra app. It was creepy.

Another time, I had a dream, I can't seem to remember it well, it was awhile ago. Anyway, near the end of the dream, I fell off a cliff or something like that. I then woke up, and I was on the floor next to my bed.

this really shows you need to get outside more.

First you need to be able to remember your dreams every well. You need to get well rested too. Keep a dream log and write down your dreams or repeat them to yourself when you wake up a few times so you can remember them. A sticky note can saying something like "What did you dream about" can also help. If you have an alarm clock you likely have many dreams that are interrupted. Follow a good sleep cycle and always go to bed at the same time. Lucid dreams are most likely going to happen randomly, but following these things can help you.

Most of the dreams I remember are of zombies.

Other kinds dreams I remember are survival situations, inside video games, life as an RPG, sexy dreams, and going through a normal day only to wake up to find it wasn't real.

Omg I know how those dreams feel pretty much thats all that happened to me to.

One time when I was like 4 I had a dream of Bigfoor crushing me and I went to open my eyes and they opened and snapped back shut and I was stuck in for an hour. Scared the **** outta me

When i was little i dreamed of a giant teddybear with razor-sharp claws was chasing me around my own backgarden. This reoccured several times and when i finally made it to the back door to get inside it was locked. In the middle of the night. and i turned around and the big old teddy bear was there.
