So I was walking around and saw someone said theres going to be a ninja shop? Does anyone know anything about this?

Or, maybe he saw the dead NPC in the water, underneath the bridge, got mixed up with "ninjas under a shop" to "there's gonna be a ninja shop" perhaps?

There already is a shop with ninjas, but its a hat shop. Someone made a thread on here that there will be a ninja shop, so the rumor started.
