me make this? no way. you all know i couldnt do my dream justice, Stefan and me wouldnt get along, im not the type that would be good at running a server, no one would trust a guy like me, no one good would work on it if i was in charge, no, it would need to be someone people like, someone experienced, someone with a start. i cant do it, i dont have the money for a server, nor would i be foolish enough to waste my money on it thinking i would be able to get all the stuff i mentioned set up and done without great staff with experience.  

I would make levels for it.  

Well thanks, but I'm more looking toward these systems being used in a already in developement server, starting from scratch on my own would be destined to fail.  

I know a few scripters, but it's so much work that you should just make for own game. I'm learning Python right now, it's an awesome coding language.

I think that there is people out there that are in fact talented enough to work with you and on a good sever like this, as long as YOU kept them on a straight path

Do some research into project management. It's helped me a lot, so it might help you. A simple Google search will give you what you need.
