Probably an 8 or 9 year old just taking things from games and trying to make them a "new" idea.  

This idea has potential however I don't like the way it was presented.

Here is another idea that goes along with it.
Being able to buy a lucky box. It's a box just like the ones you have but when you grab it, it displays a message "lucky" or "unlucky". Of even a box and behind it is an enclosed space. You grab it and if you're lucky you don't go in the space. If you lose you go in it.

What I am saying is, you should be able to buy furni to make your own events or whatever, but not buy the whole event building  

or people will just practice and become event gods
