If your married to someone, click on there profile > more info > under Invite To house/Shar Char Slot there is a button called summon I'll post a pic

You can summon your spouse, whether it's a man or a woman. They get a PM from you saying "Do you want to be summoned by _______?" and if they click yes, they warp to you. So yes, it is like gamecenter, but easier. Unfortunately I can't marry my whole gang or do a /summongang
