In my opinion, the characters are what really make me love the show along with the fandom. They seem two-dimensional to a lot of people (they pretty much are), but I think its the way that the fandom uses the characters that makes them three-dimensional and lovable. I was never really a fan of much of the dialogue or writing either, but some people claimed it was one of the better shows in terms of writing.

And I agree, the voice acting is excellent. Slightly amazing how Tabitha St. Germain voices about 20+ characters that have been on the show.

"Fantastic Characters" You mean the myriad of OTHER children's televisioning with pretty much the same character types and personality? (example: If you have ever seen the children's television show, "Clifford the Big Red Dog" then you know of the character Jenna, who is exactly like Rarity, but more bearable because she isn't isn't a main character) "Good Wiriting" Meaning taking pretty much cliche episodes that you see from other cartoons? (But I will concede that while many episodes of the show are cliche and bland, a few episodes are actually interesting) And by "Fandom" do you mean the disrespectful fans who seem to want to insert their oh so beloved ponies into everything including pictures of historical signifigance while saying "Oh look at that brave pony, standing up to tyranny I feel so connected to that historical moment now" and the fans who disagree with all opinion while looking through rosy eyed glasses at their magical show while ignoring all the inherent flaws present? But the animation (for Flash) is really good.
tl:dr Everything is boring and bland but the animation is really good.

I believe I asked Cat612 and I think she gave me two different ways, but I only remember one... its just like QUOTE and /QUOTE but SPOILER and /SPOILER.

I wouldn't recommend it in your signature a few times though.. I believe HTML works, and I may create buttons if they do. I've seen it somewhere in the forums, and I am pretty sure I could make what I'd like on Dreamweaver. One day... Right now my signature is pretty cluttered... :/

What are you talking about? No disrespect here, but I don't understand at all what you're coming from.

Anyway, opinions are subjective and I respect that. I personally think it's a fantastic show. If you don't agree, thats fine. At the end of the day, I'll have forgotten your post and my life will go on as normal.

It feels weird that I've been gone for about a month, yet this thread is still near the top. Graalians has not been too active or so?

Been working on my portfolio, right now a grim reaper Montage, wanted to post the video on Gaia though.

But more on topic, I saw my first My Little Ponies video yesterday with my girlfriend since she was staying over for two nights. Cutie Pox.
I thought that it was pretty good, especially in teaching you not to lie.  

Yesterday I watched episode 1 of that show and it was actually kind of enjoyable but not to the point of me becoming a brony.
