Why didn't my gralats add when I bought a gralat pack? I'm sorry I forgot who I email to get this fixed

Make sure to include the purchase receipt as well as your PCID.

Yea same thing happened to me. I went onto Facebook (My Graal Account) and asked unixmad, he said to email him my proof of purchase so i did.
