Xsellize and sinfuliphone basically have the exact same things, but I tend to find that Xsellize usually works better. The packages it provides are mostly found in Cydia normally, but you can just download cracked versions from these sources. I only use it for apps such as GPSPhone(a GBA emulator) and themes that usually have a price on them.

Hackulous is the source that provides the (in)famous Installous app. In short terms, you can basically download any app from various sites such as MediaFire and install them on to your iPod. Considering your stance on downloading apps without paying for them, I don't expect you to use this one much, but I provided it anyway.

Some tweaks you may like:
Pandora Skips
Color Keyboard
CyDelete
Double At
Dreamboard

Pandora Skips is a tweak that allows you to skip songs as much as you want on Pandora Radio. A useful little tweak if you use Pandora.
Color Keyboard is self-explanatory, it just makes your keyboard a different color.
CyDelete is kind of necessary, as it lets you delete apps downloaded from Cydia.
Double At is a nice little feature that acts as a shortcut for entering an email address. Just tap @ twice. Useful for logging into Facebook quickly and other things that require email addresses.
Dreamboard allows for near instantaneous change of the UI to other types of UI, such as the Android UI or maybe even Xperia and others. Note that this isn't the same as Winterboard, the tool used for applying themes to your iPod.

Did you install winterboard and 5 icon dock? Also try getting game mods I have modded all zenonia games and I need a mod for wild frontier.

I already did for his sources. I think he added the tweaks later. I have Infinidock instead of 5 icon dock. I like it better. I really don't like modding games unless it's something that will enhance the fun on the gameplay and not cheat your score.

Sounds pretty damn sweet. Also for the theme you have that's awesome. Is that a Winterboard theme? I also see that battery percentage in the top right of your iPod. I was wondering what tweak that was because I'm constantly checking my battery with the sleep button.  

It's actually not a tweak, just go to Settings -> Usage

Install an app called SBsettings from Cydia then go to the app > system options all the way at the bottom > turn on numeric battery

I already had that Tweak installed, but didn't see the numeric battery option. Thank you very much. I also installed the GBA emulator after going through loads of errors, but I finally got it working perfectly. I was able to download one of my favorite Gameboy games called Sonic Advance so thank you guys for suggesting that one.
