Nice I'm writing a Book about a Post-Apocalyptic era. It is when a corrupt government takes over. This guy, Ray, find out he has insane speed, and meets others with powers too.

So this Ray character just "finds out" he has super powers and finds others with super powers? Lol you may want to add somthing like the government sent people to some thing to get brainwashed, which he escaped from halfway through, triggering his brain to do miraculous things! haha jk i wouldn't use that, but you really should expand on how this happens xD
