Secrets are secrets, they are secret achievements, not places  

and can i view them by clicking on another player achievements and if he unlocked it can i see?

also one more question i got more than 2500 hours and i didnt get the logon era for 30 days is it normal?  

If you didn't log in 30 days in a row then you don't get it, doesn't matter how many hours you have.  

The secret achievements are just hidden things you have to complete that aren't listed.
