I believe the jailing is no longer manual, that it jails accordingly to how many total warnings received.

I got jailed today for impersonating staff, which I will admit I was because I had the player relations thing at the end of my name, but when some people in my gang got on later that night they were jailed to, they weren't even on when I got jailed so why would they get jailed?

The difference between you and njc and waffle is that you keep doing events. They where kind enough to win events for others (when it was "legal") and eventually stopped, but you just keep going giving no players a chance.
