Does anyone know where the astronaut hat and body are? I can't find them and I would really like to know the location!

At the main OSL, there is a sewer cap that is located on the east by the bushes. Grab that and you will be in the sewer. You will see a spaceship, enter that and the head/body is there.

Also dont forget to explore all of the sewer for it has secrets that can only be found in space! :o (free hat xD)
