a few questions...
is the iPhone 5 any better than the iPhone 4? I want to get 1 of the 2 but I don't want to waste more money if there is no huge difference. And, does iOs stand for internet Operation system?

Don't know about the differences, but iOS is just an acronym for operating system, and the 'i' in front of it is sort of Apple's trademark for its products nowadays. Initially, the 'i' stood for internet long ago because it was difficult to set up a computer with an internet connection. I think the iMac was the first instance of its use.
I'm sure you could find the differences between the two by a few google searches.
