It is a satire on how south koreas popular culture revolves around gangnam, a neighborhood that is the equivalent of new York, wall street, silicon valley los angeles, miami beach, and the stock exchange crammed into one. And 41% of its residents attend Harvard. Psy has been around for decades and he knows what he is doing when he writes his songs. |
