He kicked me because I used PBP his last tts round? Why?  

I warned you 3 times, then right before dying you used it to reduce your opponent HP to the minimal making them lost the next round.
+ Starting a Riot doesn't help.

I don't really agree with what you're doing. Not what you just said, but saying that they can't use a gun that they payed for with their own money. It's like buying a soda and saying that you can't drink it. Some people may buy PBP just for TTS and then knowing that they can't use it when you host, it's kind of, what's the word, oh yeah: over-the-top.
What I'm saying is, let them use the gun they want. They payed for it with their money. They should be able to do what they want with it.

Event Team Members are pretty free to create their own rule-sets for certain events such as TTS, I believe it adds a bit of uniqueness to each Event Team Member and their individual events, if you do not wish to participate using these select rules, please opt out of such events and wait for another events team member to host.

 

Don't get me wrong, I love Snake to death. He's a good friend of mine. However, it's not his spot to make the rules. That's more of a PRA's position or a manager. I believe he is still a PR. (At least he was when I quit)  

John, u say the rule when ure already in the event? so how can't we not join if we don't know there is no pbp.

There are no rules. They just make it up as they go along. There seriously needs to be a strict law on what admins are allowed to do and what not rather then making up a rule AFTER it has been done.
