graaloween locked up(not what you think)

I had an idea for graaloween, that the graphics team should make some halloween theme(i jumped here a little,these are the bars outside of the graal police station that change every time you enter/exit police station) for the jail bars. here is an example i made of the headless horsemens head(it may looked squashed, i was rushing to make it-sorry):
