UPDATE RUFUS'S HAT SHOP
This shop needs an update and needs to conserve space a bit, the hats are pretty far apart. I know many hats are coming in, but it would be easier to put them a bit closer together and update it like everyother week

I've been thinking to send in a hat or so. Also, I think you should not accept hats that are not made with an effort, like the cynober water helm.
