There's not many prs online anymore...
There should be some kind of list to see all staff members that are online, so people can know who to ask for help. And by online I mean not busy working and has time to respond to pms.
The whole "the messages player logged out" thing and the lack of responses gets pretty annoying sometimes.

They restricted healing from lms so you cannot gain healty but thats glitch is a way to cheat while no one else can heal

Using other weapons is not a glitch

That is a good idea.

Or have PR's go on world chat so you can ask questions there as well

I honestly think iPhone servers would benefit from a website based support centre with a ticketing system.

Flo bordeux ALWAYS replies no matter how smart/stupi your question is.
John replies after a couple of messages but that's good enough.
SnakeRecon replies when asked a sensible question only.
Casper ALWAYS replies.

Hearts never ever replies. How did she even become an admin :/ I dont think she's done sh*t for the game so far apart from making people quit and stupid things IN MY OPINION...

I recommended this (Not website based however, more of a in-game ticket system) they didn't seem to keen :3

Also, as said above - if it says we're online, and you get the player is logged out, we're on RC and we don't get in-game pms on there unless through some weird special means, but then all on RC can see them :p

I'm 50/50 in regards to disabling love bombs.. their healing isn't THAT quick I didn't think?
