They would have to hire more people for monitoring the recruit center. What's wrong with more work? It takes work to maintain a server. You don't work because it's easy or fun.

There isn't anything wrong with it. It's just I'd prefer them to hire staff for other stuff rather than to just sit there and skim through applications all day long. Honestly, it isn't even the most exciting task either. Ask me or one of my members, sifting through loads of people's applications and reading them is quite the bore.
