What happens after "Final Warning" after submitting a rejected custom too much?

Final Warning!

This hasn't happened recently, but the reason I'm asking this is because I really want to get this head posted, but it keeps getting counted as a hat. I want to keep editing it and submitting it and see if they'll accept, but I'm afraid of the "Final Warning" message if I send too much. What happens after "Final Warning"?

Only if the question isn't aswered because I lost the trust of some people on here after they took my customs in the graphics section even though I put "Please don't steal" so I was forced to remove, but they are still there since someone quoted me...

I am not an uploader so I'm not entirely sure, but probably means if you do it again you will either be A) Banned or B) Will no longer be able to upload anything to your account.

I dont know why the uploader would reject your head as a "hat" if the file is set up as a head.

It kind of looks like there is a partial mask on it, but there really isn't it's part of his face. I thought it would be ok to do this since two of my friends had their head uploaded with a partial facial mask on it.

I am not an uploader so I'm not entirely sure, but probably means if you do it again you will either be A) Banned or B) Will no longer be able to upload anything to your account.

I hope it's just a temporary ban of not uploading a custom because I love making them and uploading.

It got uploaded, but then they removed it. I'm not 100% sure why, but I think it was either because it had a partial mask on it or because they counted it as copyright. Since it will be removed if anyone uploads it I guess I can put a picture up of it. I've attached it to this post. I would still like to upload it again if it's approved right, but for now I don't feel like losing another 10k.
