It's part of a series of quests that have existed since the late 1990's but that staff, for some reason, refuse to upload today.

[5-2-5] Midas Realm Cave Heart

To get this heart you will need to have the 4 graals (the red, blue, yellow
and green graals), see the section 5-4 for information on how to get them.
You will also need at least 200 gelat.

1. Once you have the 4 graals make your way to the Golden Gate, it's just
outside brother's house. To get there from the main PK zone, go south 3
levels and then east one, the Golden Gate is in the center of the level.
Walk up to it and each time you touch it you will place one of the graal's.
Once you have placed all 4 touch it again to be warped to the Midas Realm.

2. Once inside the golden land go south a level. Now go east 1 level, then
south one level, and then east one level again. Towards the east side of
this level is a cave. Go inside.

3. Throw 2 gold rupees into the water, a chest will appear with a full heart
in it.

Spoken like a true person who listens to a bit of hearsay and reads about the stuff but has never truly experienced them.

Whine all you want that the quests don't exist and that players are being screwed out of a fun experience because staff won't "upload" the quests(as if it's really that easy). You know **** about the quests, and assume they were actually decent content. They weren't. It was buggy, glitched and annoying quests that players did because they had too, not because they were fun. They were a chore and a test of patience, nothing more.

I am familiar with all of those quests. They were great, and any classic veteran would attest to that. Either way, something is better than nothing. PC Classic was highly innovative in several different respects. Quests, Avalon, Zorbi Ring, Fishing, etc.
