Graalonline Classic (iOS Application Contract Agreement)
Where can I read the rules for the iOS Graalonline Classic Application? There should be, in the next update of the App, you know how iTunes says before you install something that their Contract/Rules have changed, and makes you accept them before you download anything? Well they should do that with Graal, so we know what/and what not to do. Because not all have a PC, and have played the PC Version of Graal. They do have Rules, I think. But seriously, what if some players are actually interested in reading the rules and licensing agreements of the iOS Game? Just an idea that I thought that I would put out there. What do you guys think?

Already brought this up before, they claim the graal online company policies are the rules, although those rules were made for the pc version, are not for a certain server, and they are not anywhere in the app, nor when you first download it.

I know this isn't true, as I have seen Facebook accounts get banned from interacting with the Graalonline Facebook page, for "constructive complaints" which are allowed. "Bugs should always be reported. If you observe someone else abusing a serious bug, or discussing a plan to abuse one, and fail to report it, you are subject to the same penalties as they are. Players should report bugs to the Graal forum, Support Center (GraalDesk) or email the problem to [email protected]." People should learn and understand this rule, because I've noticed people just tag along with their friends to find out the newest bugs in the game, but what they don't understand is that they face the same consequences as the Player who had committed using the bug/-s. How to Report Bugs: "Proper postings include a 3-4 sentence description of what happened: What were you doing before and after the event occurred; If possible, what level where you in. You can get this by pressing F5, and checking the level that is loaded (cancel the dialog box or you'll be disconnected) In the case of item loss, what was the exact state before and after the bug event What system you were using (System software version, PC clock speed, video card, connection type, and other information you can provide)." "The staff of GraalOnline, from Administrators to FAQ team to LAT team to Police, are often online to help players who have genuine problems with game play." Pretty sure this is not ENTIRELY true, maybe somewhat, I guess. But still, if it is written in the Rules of Conduct and these are the rules we abide by, and that the Staff abide by, there should be no exceptions, for any single Player. They should ALWAYS be there, to help ANY Player with ANY given problem, if it is legitimate. If it's not, I understand why they may ignore you, or just brush off your problem aside. "Because GraalOnline is available for users in across the world and through many time zones, Staff members may not always be online or available in real-time to help with issues. In such instances, subscribing players are to use the Graal Forum to report their problems to the appropriate staff. GraalOnline Staff will make every effort to respond as quickly as possible." Do they mean the Feedback, because most people had gotten banned from that, maybe unban all Players from that like you unbanned every Player so that they could play the game fresh, with no ban History. Maybe, they seriously have changed, just give them ONE more chance, possibly?

Rules don't exist so staff can arbitrarily jail and ban people as they see fit. This is partially why staff are so corrupt. Many threads have been posted on this, yet staff refuses to comply. Lockdown, anyone who knows anything about contract law knows that terms posted on a website from over a decade ago are not enforceable, especially when there is nothing in game linking people to that website or requiring that they assent to those terms before playing. |

The iOS system is a branch off the original OS, which is not available on your mobile device. Legally and formally speaking, any official documents for any game or application available on the device or app-store is originally located on an official public domain for the company/provider. If it is not listed, then it probably doesn't exist. That being said, Graal does have a website with the rules for you to read... While having these rules stated within the game itself is unnecessary, if people have a legit problem with its absence, then hell, stick it in there. No reason not to. Lockdown, it is also possible to access most domains from the iOS. Many have mobile versions of the website, but it is possible to reach the full site from a mobile device. Graal does not have a mobile site (last time I checked), but you can find the site and read the rules from your iDevice if you really wanted to. Also, no iDevice application requires you to accept rules and agreements before downloading. This is not uncommon behavior. Anything inside the app itself is a different story; that's up to the app owner, as long as it fits under Apple's rules as well. |

http://www.graalonline.com/docs/conduct those rules don't even really apply to iPhone since most of those things you can't already do on the app if you tried. They need to make a real Graalonline rule page. |
