Anyway, lets just stop talking about this because I don't want to start any fights. Lets talk about the topic of the thread.

I also agree, I like the way how iEra hires staff, a LOT better than iClassic

No, its not because of that. It's because about 8 months ago or so, Coop said he would give me a dev account. I've been waiting, and he still has done nothing. And whenever I remind him about it, he claims to have never said it. And then he decided to give Johnaudi a dev account, and then after that Dude1310.

Just because someone says something does not mean they can't change there mind. Probably if you weren't annoying him every week you might have gotten dev and even if you received dev access it would not guarantee your hiring; you'd still have to submit some good levels.  

Im glad we all can agree on this! Its nice to respect staff for what they do for us. Both classic and era. They work hard for us, authough sometimes the items are sometimes dope-ish. iEra pr's and devel, etc... Have been doing their work as they're supposed to. Yes firing is quite idotic at times. But hey, atleast the pr's did their duty right? Haha and im not ass kissing fyi. Im being respectful.

Ps: Thanks rufus for an awesome website for all of us graalians to be able to express our ideas with one another.

Let me clear a few things up for you guys. I have NEVER stated that I would give MSM development access. Starting about three months ago, I would usually receive a message that read "Coop, remember how you said you would give me development access?". I would receive this message on a weekly basis. Well, for one, I have never seen a single piece of his work up until a month ago. The fact that he thinks that I told him I would give him development access makes no sense. Why would I want to give someone access to the development server without seeing a single piece of his/hers work? Last month however, he did send me some of his work. Sadly, his work Is not good enough.

I think it is necessary to post this message once again. No matter how many times I explain this, he doesn't seem to get the message.  

Guys, can we not argue and try to stay on topic. Now i do understand coops and msm's dilema but, this conversation wasn't meant to be about wether you/he got the spot. This thread was about thanking admins for there work, and era's goodjob keeping their recruitment system well polished. I don't want to sound mean by saying this. But can we just get back on topic of the thread?  

Of course. Just clearing up the previous post on this thread, so we are able to move back on to the original topic again.

I love how era picks staff at the end of the year for everyone to have a chance on being new staff. Its fun and mature. I personaly prefer this way of recruiting staff rather than weird unknown staff on graal being picked almost every week(classic). It keeps the system civil, if you know what i mean. Keep up the good work era staff, ya'll are doing fantastic-o!

Contrary to popular belief, the applications are only a test to make sure you devote at least that much work towards the job. Snk takes the names of all the applicants, tapes them to a dartboard, blindfolds himself, then throws a few darts. Whoever he hits gets hired

Alright, thanks coop! And yes i know froggy, but it is still a better way of recruitment rather than the way of iclassic..still gotta appreciate the way they do things.
