Does donating contribute to AP? Because it seems like it should count as a good deed.

No sir. It was originally just meant for dumb Graalians to toss gelats in and hope they got smarter.  

I think it would be cool if the fountain kept tract of the ammount of gralats you've thrown in.

1 or 2 visible gralats means you have donated < 10
5 through 10 visible gralats means you've donated about 100
20 or so visible gralats means you've donated about 500 gralats
If the bottom of the fountain was full of gralats it means you've donated 1000 gralats
And if there are more visible gralats than water, it means you've donated 2,500 or more gralats  

I donate to the fountain as a way of giving offering to the Great Cow. The one and only true God of Graal!

if this were a way to earn AP at a rapid rate depending on the gralats being thrown into the fountain would cause all these kids to blow off their money instead of purchasing something valuable like hats.. the sarcasm  

What if the 1,000,000th player (some # player) got all the gralats in the well for being graals (#)th player? They would be a billionaire.  

Just for Graal, donation is always nice to have in your mind. I think I donated about 500 before :p Sorry I am poor.

Idk the point of donating to a pointless Fountain. They should seriously add some kind of an event, when 1million gralats are donated. Euro center donates something to Africa. Lets see how generous Stefan is.

I think this was actually the original purpose of the fountain, back before gralats were iap.

It was of course in a different place, Avalon maybe? Or that town south of Avalon.

Anyway, since they reintroduced ap I wouldn't be surprised for this to be the case again soon.  

You could never buy your way to 100 ap... unless you maybe like, paid a GP or someone to give you ap.

Unless this was some addition to Graal The Adventure.  

1. Create a beggar NPC.
2. Donate 500 Gralats to him to raise your AP by 5.
3. $$$

but seriously, I just think this will give you a random item/reward, the tier of the given reward depends on your donations, may be. I throw a golden one if I have left one from time to time, but nothing happend yet.. so, let's wait till Christmas?
