I tried purchasing some gralats since i have 3$ left on my itunes account, but i can't seem to be able to purchase. When i tried to purchase it said: Please contact itunes support to complete this transaction. Is this just me or has this happened to anyone else? Could this be fixed?  

I think this is an itunes problem on your end. Have you checked up on your itunes account recently? It may need to be updated or somthing along thoes lines. Also I know its possible to put restrictions on in-app purchases. You should check that if nothing else seems wrong

Gralat packs have been working yes. I assume most of the people have atleast bought one to start out in izone, not everyone, though.
