Since new year 2013 is coming closer, I just want to mention we need some change for our guild houses. I am very inspired by HGTV shows, why aren't graal help poor people out from their empty guild house? About under 50k range we can help a player re-design their house completely amazing. Well I want to connect this idea to Mod fountain. If we make about 50k from Mod fountain admins can design them a amazing guild house. So it will help players play graal very cheerfully.
For further we submit our guild house designs and poor players can apply an application through here, but they need a few requirement before they submit. They need a guild house, don't have lots of money and they must be active. Then it will help the forum to be more active too. We only help 1-2 players monthly so we can make lot's of visitors through this website.

Your plan is a bit flawed. What if the person uses the 50k on hats and items instead? Also I already made a thread where you can submit guild house designs.

But admins won't use it for hats and items.. Normal players can't even help.  

Really, if you want a nice guild house you either work hard farming your toes off or you buy some Gralats. And if you don't lime the furniture, you could make some yourself and send it, I don't see this idea needed though it's a nice idea which doesn't belong to Graal in my mind.

Somehow I thought that too, so I think they need to fill their reason to decorate on their application forum.

Start a thread where people can show their selfmade furniture or you do that, be a little bit more self-reliant :O  

Maybe they could also add "guild house packs" where you could buy extra rooms for your guild house using gralats.
