If cutting down on GST's allows for other events to be held then great.
I hope there are in fact other events planned.

@earlier post: I'd hardly consider Hide and Seek an event.

Same. I consider Hide and Seek a small activity rather than an event.

They should actually hire an events team, there's a thread about it already. But personally I think until we get other events you should host the GST every other month... There's not too much to look forward to after all this "Graaloween" stuff now. :/

Yeah. Regular events like on Era would be nice. I tried PC Graal on Zodiac and they had a lot of cool events. Why not bring some of those ideas to hear? For example, one event I played you tried to knock all your opponents into the water, and when they got hit it in, they got warped. The winner picked 3 people to sit out and moved on to the next round.

I haven't seen that thread but I don't think the problem is coming up with ideas the problem is not having people who can actually develop and bring these ideas to life. We already dont have enough devs dedicated to the server and definitely not enough to make up an events team.

Instead of GST it'd be cool if there was some kind of official "sparring league" separated by skill level, region.. then broken down into divisions...would be cool.
A 1v1 tourney would take an extreme amount of organizing and planning that is beyond what I think any admin would want to take on.

Short and simple.we need more scripters. There's a shortage. Well a shortage of good scripters that havnt pissed off Stefan or one of the higher-up staff.

If you guys want every other month then you get the actual staff to do it. It's about time gps helped do this instead of hanging with their virtual girlfriends in a guild and crap

Sadly, a problem with a new event, or big update which I personally love to see on iClassic. Is the lag, if there was a cut-down on lag it would be much easier, also... Player Killing areas where an event is, isn't a good idea. :3

Honestly I agree with Rufus and fp4 and think that other staff, namely the GPs, could work a little harder to entertain the players. Afterall, it's their job.

Quite frankly I get the impression that there are no GPs on the team solely because they want to improve the server. It seems they only give their time and duties for the sake of keeping the job... Nobody is an admin because they want to improve the server. I take that back I'm sure a couple people at least are, but I will say that none of the GPs are really succeeding. If you look back, GST was one of the most exciting evens on Classic iPhone lately, and it was fueled by a player (Rufus). Granted, fp4 helped a lot, but it seems ridiculous that the entertainment of the server lives off of players like Rufus.

Are there any Graal Police members who hold their position because they want to improve the server? Prove it, and stretch out a little bit and try to find something extra you can do aside from jailings, bannings, and hide-n-seek. And for those of you who are just in it for the power, first of all, I despise you, and, second of all, as an incentive, trying to help the server will guarantee you will have your goodies and powers longer.
