I wish you were blessed with the intelligence to comprehend what is going on behind the scenes, that's just too bad that you weren't. This is quite a simple concept to grasp, so it's surprising to see you haven't done so already. Since you can't understand it any other way: When Stefan updates something, you do not overwrite his work. It will cost you your job, I can assure you. If you see something wrong with his object, you take it directly to him. It's a rule and it always has been. Don't take it as an excuse but rather a factual statement that says either we leave Stefan's stuff alone or we no longer have access to Zone iPhone. We do bring these concerns forward to Stefan, if we feel they need implemented. If he denies adding them, that is not our fault. You obviously have never been in a workforce of any kind else-wise you would understand the "chain of command" that occurs, and that you normally have to go to your commanding officer before implementing a change that affects all persons throughout the system. |
