Had to take a long break, but going back out paintballing on Saturday. Will be fun, albiet probably a little more painful. I'll take it over playing in the god damn heat any day though.  

I play airsoft trying to buy a 450 fps automatic ak-47 at the moment i have a 350 fps M1A1 Thompson  

I go airsoft... I like it better because the guns have a more natural feel for me and they have snipers . And airsoft guns can actually hurt; or at least sting if you don't be a ***** and wear sweaters and long pants...

I have a 310 fps AK-74, 315 fps M4 Carbine, 300 fps M1911, and my favorite, a 510 fps VSR-10 Sniper Rifle.

The closest thing to paintball I've played was laser tag. Sounds fun, though a bunch of friends went and came back bruised all over and one had a fractured wrist.

I think he was referring to his friends playing playing paintball, not laser tag

Bruises and knots are common. I tend to go home each time with a sore knot on my head(even though I wear a hat to soften the hits to my head). My nephew got shot in the leg and had a welt/bruise that lasted for months. This gets especially bad when you have assholes on the field cranking up their fps(somewhat common). Most fields have limits for fps(and chrono before you go out), but adjusting it on some paintball guns is as easy as turning a knob, and the hardest is just turning a nut with a small wrench. They hurt like hell when people do it, and especially bad when you get hit from some of the closer quarters(though most fields implement a bunker/safe distance rule where you can't shoot anyone from around <15ft or so).

I play airsoft man. My friends and I always get together and host a match and a bunch of people come and have a great time.  

I don't play airsoft, but when I think of me playing it, the only thing that comes to mind is me saying "Ow, Ow,Ow, Ow,Ow, Ow,Ow, Ow,"
