If your into art, particularly pixel art, and have some experience, I strongly advise you join the Initiative. Its a great family guild and everybody in there is very chilled, they welcome you straight into the family.

Plus, theres lots of new additions coming in 2013. It will become a lot more interesting.

What happens if you get into guild, then only have a little bit of time to be creating graphics or miss a few assignments but make some other stuff inbetween?
