I think Era has an advantage on cool melees. Yes, I know classic has one Melee only that everyone uses.

However, I think there should be a new gani that takes your sword graphic and puts it on your back, side etc. It's annoying how people have to find shield codes to match their weapons. Also, there should be a way to turn it off, since some people are already satisfied with how their Melee is.

Gani/Sheathed Weapon Styles:

1.) On your Back.
2.) On the Hip.
3.) Samurai Style (Straight Hip/Hilt facing forward).

So, when running around it won't look like you're pulling your sword from nowhere.  

I'd love to have something like that. There should also be an unarmed feature where you can't use your sword at all.

Like a status or something? I've seen RPGs with that before. Castlevania to be specific. In that game they call it "curse."

Or, do you mean like in some Zelda games, when you have lost your sword, you can only punch? (Twilight Princess? O.o)
